Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge coordination

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
