Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to patient-centered care principles
- No prior nursing experience required (new graduates welcome)
