Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute and critical care units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on post-discharge care plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- Current AZ RN license (or compact license eligible)
- Associate/Bachelor's in Nursing (new graduates welcome)
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Pass criminal background/drug screening
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency for EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
