Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses with precision
- Document clinical observations and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in Kansas or eligible for immediate licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
