Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned units following evidence-based protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with proper documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety standards
- Participate in continuing education and skill development programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- CPR/BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
