Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and monitor patient status continuously.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and comfort measures.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school (New Grads are encouraged to apply).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
