Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and patient mobility.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to medical protocols.
- Communicate patient changes in condition and concerns to the healthcare team and physicians promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and hospital policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
