Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and provide compassionate care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop patient care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and medical crises with urgency.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training programs.
