Responsibilities
- Conduct remote patient assessments and monitor vital signs via telehealth platforms.
- Document patient histories, treatments, and care plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care strategies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all remote interactions.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or Diploma).
- No prior experience required; we provide full training and mentorship.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Proficient with computer systems and telehealth technology.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
