Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under preceptor guidance in clinical rotations
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in residency training and skill development sessions
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- ADN or BSN degree (within 6 months of graduation)
