Responsibilities
- Del compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and facility safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact license)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
