Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
