Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and update medical records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and changing patient conditions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unlicensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
