Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress using EHR systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid clinical interventions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience (med-surgical/telemetry preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
