Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual nursing assessments and patient consultations
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide telehealth education and health coaching
- Manage chronic conditions through remote monitoring
- Document patient encounters in EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care experience preferred
- BSN or higher degree strongly preferred
- Strong digital literacy and tech proficiency
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS certification
