Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously to ensure immediate intervention when necessary.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates with excellent credentials will be considered).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
