Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Document patient care plans, changes in condition, and daily observations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the RN or Physician.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA License in the State of Arizona (or RN License).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-oriented attitude with a focus on high-quality care.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekend shifts.
