Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status to ensure optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with rapid response team activations.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing School within the last 12 months (New Graduate).
- Active RN Licensure in North Carolina required.
- Hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume medical setting.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
