Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Vital Monitoring: Accurately assess and monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical records to detect changes in health status.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to strict hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Must possess a valid Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Experience: Entry Level (Graduate Nurse or new grad welcome). No prior experience required.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of empathy.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and computer systems.
