Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with triage procedures.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN).
- Current, active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Pass the NCLEX examination.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
