Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using our electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in trauma situations as required.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
