Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately in EHR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and clinical students
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure environments
