Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and support to a diverse patient population.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols and hospital policies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and timely medical records and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and alert the care team to any changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (Med-Surg or Telemetry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
