Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
