Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Document patient history, progress, and care instructions accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
