Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Document patient care activities, including vital signs, assessments, and interventions, accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Teach patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
