Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry/vital signs
- Document patient assessments using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide family education and support
- Maintain infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan RN license (required)
- BSN degree (preferred, ADN considered)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Epic EMR proficiency
