Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Provide leadership during emergency situations and critical patient events
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years of acute care experience accepted
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency medicine
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system and clinical documentation
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
