Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management
- Respond to emergency situations with calm efficiency
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety policies
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or compact license with PA residency)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (specialty units a plus)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays
