Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and progress by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
- Document patient symptoms, medical histories, and exam results to keep records updated.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License in the state of Florida (FL).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
