Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to emergency situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Prevent hospital-acquired conditions through vigilant monitoring
- Support patient/family education for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must maintain)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed
