Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing supervisor.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assess and document patient needs, pain levels, and responses to care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Previous clinical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated New Graduates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
