Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care under the direct supervision of licensed charge nurses and physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes or abnormalities immediately.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Document patient care plans, update medical records accurately, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee required.
- Nursing diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
