Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and mental conditions and document patient information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and intervene immediately when necessary.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
