Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with established protocols.
- Document patient care activities, outcomes, and responses accurately and timely in the EHR.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Provide clear and empathetic education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current and active Florida RN License required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
