Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor or physician immediately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and assist with patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in the State of Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
