Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to changes in condition.
- Document patient care accurately and timely using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (New graduates welcome).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
