Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment via secure telehealth platforms.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Handle emergency calls and triage situations with composure and efficiency.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical protocols.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (Telehealth experience is a plus).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting without direct supervision.
