Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical status, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient records and care activities.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (WA RN License).
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting.
