Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient information and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and self-care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
