Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and care planning in acute/chronic settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly
- Educate patients/families on disease management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN # required)
- BSN or Associate's degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications maintained
- Experience in telemetry, ER, or med-surg preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC/Cerner)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
