Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, reporting any changes immediately to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
