Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and established standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as top priority
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN) in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong proficiency in electronic health documentation systems
- Demonstrated critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
