Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using electronic health records (EHR)
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical care scenarios
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license or compact state license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
