Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes or adverse reactions immediately.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication management, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
