Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and react swiftly to any changes in clinical condition.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the region as needed.
