Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations accurately in our advanced EHR system
- Lead patient education initiatives for chronic disease management
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Mentor new nursing staff through our residency program
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required, MSN preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience in med-surg or ICU
- BLS and ACLS certifications maintained
- Proven proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and patient advocacy
- Strong interpersonal skills with multicultural patient populations
