Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs by collecting and analyzing information.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN License in the State of Texas.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- CPR (BLS) and ACLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated compassion and a commitment to patient safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
