Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop detailed, individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to any changes in condition or emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide compassionate patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS is required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
