Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
